Subway Store Manager

We're a locally owned, multi-store SUBWAY
franchisee. Our goal is to provide our customers with the freshest
quality products served in a clean environment by fast and friendly
employees at an exceptional value. If you are the Store Manager

You're flexible, like working with people
and like to get results. You are friendly, are persuasive, and enjoy
problem solving and a variety of work activities. You also have
strong communication and relationship building skills. You
understand that store managers need a good attitude, enjoy training
their staff, are self-motivated with attention to detail, and
clearly communicate expectations to the team.
You will be responsible for managing a
staff of 12 to 25, overseeing and evaluating all areas of the store
activities, meeting all SUBWAY and Health Department
requirements. Activities will include: maintaining business records,
recruiting, rewarding and disciplining staff as needed to improve
customer experience and profitability, monitoring food cost,
communicating areas of focus to the staff and explaining the
importance of them related to customer experience and overall store
profitability, working side-by-side with staff, and implementing
changes that will have a positive contribution to the overall store
objectives of increasing customer counts, average dollar sales, and
store profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:

High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.

A minimum of two years in QSR environment, experience in supervising
and training staff.

Proven problem solving skills
·
Skills: Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Strong computer skills, multi-tasking
problem solver, good with numbers, leads by example.

Character: Positive attitude,
honest, follows rules, punctual, sincere, and high ethics
·
Physical: Must be able to work any
area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized
Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending,
standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to
lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must
have the ability to work a minimum of 40 to 50 hours a week.
