Julie Tarro Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks
Julie Tarro of Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks has lived with her family in Ham Lake for 18 years. They love the community, and have appreciated the many friends they have made here.
Julie went to Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy in 1996 and graduated with 650 hours of instruction. As a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Julie has to complete 48 hours of continuing education every four years. This has kept her massage practice fresh and new from year to year. Julie specializes in Neuromuscular massage which is a specific, deep tissue work that enables better movement of joints and soft tissue. She is currently learning cranial sacral work which is a gentle, sensitive touch that taps into the bodies’ ability to heal itself.
Julie also uses stones for hot stone therapy, and does an occasional body wrap using body scrub and body mud.
She likes to integrate therapies, and after conversing with her client will adapt the session according to what is needed.
Julie has many clients from the Ham Lake and surrounding communities. She
